STOCK
If we have the item you are after in stock it will be dispatched to you within 3 days. If we are waiting for stock to be delivered from our studio then we will give you an estimate of any wait that there may be. We believe in efficient, prompt communication, you won't be left wondering whats happened to your new clothes! Its unlikely, but the most you should have to wait for any item to be delivered is 21 days. If you need your new clothes for a special event do let us know, we will do our utmost to get them to you in time. Please remember that we are happy to help, so do email us with any enquiries.
POSTAGE/RETURNS
All our clothes are sent by 1st class recorded delivery. There are two sections in our online shop that refer to postage, please select the postage you require and that will be added to your basket and payment taken at the check out.
Items that are in stock will be posted within 3 working days, please allow 21 days for items that are not in stock. If you are in a rush for your clothes please contact us first and we will do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. Overseas customers, please contact us for postage costs before placing your order.
If for any reason you wish to return your order you may do so and a full refund (minus postage costs) will be given. All returned items must be returned in the condition that you received them and unworn, within 7 days.
